Salesperson Tiffany and General Manager Nate were both very helpful and made our purchase go very smoothly. Tiffany found a way for us to see cars at their other locations too after another employee said we needed to give them a day's notice to get the cars in one location.
Went in to lease a car. I ended up knowing more about the vehicles on the lot than the salesman. Wouldn't even let me look at the interiors or test drive anything without running my credit to confirm that I could buy a vehicle even though I didn't know if I would enjoy driving it. From my experience the employees are not knowledgeable, nor are they particularly motivated to make sales, never mind being courteous or helpful. I would recommend avoiding this establishment.
Wonderful sales people, worked with me every step of the way, from test driving several vehicles then the financing they made everything simple and relaxed.
The drive to my home is almost 800 miles! (One way) What a wasted trip! It is not often that i am able to get two days off in a row during the week. Now I have to go to St J And hope they fix the paper work.....and try to get another 2 days off during the week, drive 800 miles again, (One way) and try again to register.
The Glenn-Gary IAM team at Saint J Auto is phenomenal. They spent tons of time with me, learning both my needs and preferences, and it turned into one of the best and happiest experiences I've had in years. I'm driving away in a wonderful car that suits me perfectly. If you get a chance to work with these guys, just do it.

Ok... so this is an update.....i just drove my new vehicle to my home state to get it registered, WELLL.... can't register the vehicle, as St J has me as a New Hampshire resident instead of a resident of my home state!
