A Suzuki SX4 was sold to us in 2014 as a well-maintained, rust-protected car. It was $ 10,000 and we hoped it would last our family quite a few years. It was deemed irreparably rust rotted by our mechanic recently and there were plenty of pictures to show how deteriorated the frame is. We are now stuck with a useless car we are still paying on for a couple years (so early three years of the car being useless to us). We reached out to Quality and they basically said that it's weird our car rusted out because they haven't had that happen with others. Pffft!

Adam was so helpful but not pushy over the past 3 months. When we visited the dealership he greeted us ,was very friendly, and answered all our questions. Because of the very large inventory we were able to get the color, model and accessories we wanted . We did not have to take something that was close. Add to that the best price on it in northern New England. WOW!
I have never been to this dealership before and every single person there treated me like I was important. They were very kind, interested in the sale, but not pushy. Out of all the experiences I have had with buying a car, this one has been the best, no contest. The staff stayed 2 hours past the closing time of the dealership and every person we were working with seemed happy to be there, not rushing or showing any sign of being frustrated with staying late. I was so impressed with everyone, it was an fantastic buying experience.
Took my stepdaughter used car shopping (spring 2017) and one of our stops was Quality Mitsubishi. Adam was courteous, considerate and professional; and though he could not get her financed, he left me with a good feeling. In another moment I would definitely consider car shopping at Quality Mitsubishi. I have personally also received excellent service and fair pricing at Quality (Autosaver's) accessory store about a mile away on Portland St.
