Quick and friendly service
Setup a business account, the service was friendly, but slow. Waited at the counter for a minute or two before someone came to help. Unfortunately, overnighting a package to Florida was ridiculously expensive ($150+). Not necessarily their fault, but still a lot of money.
Wonderful service! We had some weirdly shaped things to pack up, and she scrounged in the back for things they had lying around to protect our stuff really well - and for free! That's what I call service!
of the 4 times i have shipped to this facility, they have lost 2 of my packages. because of this, i will never use fedex shipping again. you're a shipping company for christs sake. with a 50% rate of successful delivery.
