Wait time for the pharmacy is horrible. I can't understand waiting 20 minutes or so but when someone is waiting 20 minutes already to pick up a cream (no pills to count) and the pharmacy tech tell us it's going to another 35 minutes before it's ready, that's unacceptable. It's pretty obvious they don't work hard or at a reasonable pace. What a joke
Great pharmacy, courteous service, receptive to questions. Yes, you might sometimes have to wait a bit for prescriptions to be filled, but I don't find this to be a serious problem. And yes, they need a bigger facility, but there is a reason why they have so many customers. There are LOTS of drive-through customers and this definitely contributes to delays, but they get the important stuff right.
