Knowledgeable and friendly staff, state of the art equipment, access to personal training services, and 24 hour access. An excellent experience all around. Recommend it highly!
Overall I'm very happy with my membership. The equipment is very up to date and the bathrooms/changing rooms are very clean. My only qualm is that the fitness classes are always at gym rush hour and take up the only extra space the gym has to offer. I like to stretch, use the boxes for jumping as well as jump rope. I am NEVER able to do any of these which is a bummer because they are an integral part of my workout.
I really enjoyed this facility. No matter what time of day I went there, machines were always available. And I love the TV's on the elliptical and treadmill. It made me exercise 2x as long. Very nice people that run it!
For a small town the gym has the equipment that's needed; although it is a little cramped but because it's a small town this does not matter that much. The big pluses are the showers are connected to a changing room and bathroom. In addition the staff is better informed than any gym I've gone to. The gym also takes pride in the quality of their equipment and they do a very good job keeping everything up to spec. So none of the equipment is jiggly or radically.
Joining this gym was like joining a little club where everyone is looking out for one another and helping each other succeed. People are verbal about what it is that they want to change about themselves. and this gives you a feeling of connectedness. I joined this gym with my own individual goals in mind, but I soon became friends with many other people who had joined as well as the trainers. The gym does everything it can to fit your personal needs. The gym is open 24/7, they occasionally offer free classes, they have their own cardio area, and all the equipment you need. The gym has only been open for a short time, but has already helped transform many lives! Thank you, Fitness Unbound!
