Six weeks and half a dozen phone calls on our end later, and they completely ignored us. No explanation, no reason, and no phone calls back.
Terrible customer service, I do not recommend Trombly Plumbing and Heating.
We were told we would be contacted. Instead we were: lied to, ignored, and delayed in finding someone who would fix our plumbing. Thumbs down for this company.
