The best service I've ever experienced. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and they know how to put the customer first. I send all my clients here and wouldn't go anywhere else.
The manager of this store has been friendly and helpful to everyone- except me. Consistently has made me wait longer and even told another sales rep not to assist me. Manager behaved as though she hates me ever since I came in there. I have never been anything but friendly and polite. When I came in with a huge problem on my phone where my account was hacked and my plan switched without my knowledge and a large amount of money stolen out of my balance, she told me to stop raising my voice (well, I had to talk above the volume of the other customers!!) and to call customer care. Consistently this manager has made it difficult to do business with even simple matters like paying my bills. Patronizing bad attitude. The other sales reps have only been helpful when the manager "Christine" was not in the store. In addition, (at least for me!!) there has always been a long wait time to get assistance. Always everyone too busy.
This place is extraordinary! It's where I go for my phones and accessories. The staff goes above and beyond to help. I leave very happy and with a fully functional phone ready to go !
